The Seven Centers
From the ground to the sky.
Seven places in a body, each with something to teach. Named in Yoruba, so the vocabulary belongs to the one who speaks it.

The seven-centre frame is Indian. The rainbow is Western and about a hundred years old. The names we use are Yoruba.

The model was worked out over centuries within Yoga and Tantra, written in Sanskrit, and carried into English by a small group of Theosophical writers in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Those writers added the tidy rainbow. The older texts speak of petals and of light.
We keep the architecture because it is sound and because so many of our people already pray in this language. We decline to claim the frame as ours, or to assign it an ancient Kemetic origin the evidence does not carry.
What is ours is the naming. Orí, the inner head. Ẹmí, the breath given by Olodumare. Ọkàn, the heart. Àṣẹ, the power that makes a word take effect. Some placements are near exact. For example, Orí belongs at the crown.
The Three Frequencies
One house. Three rooms.
The frequencies are temperatures rather than categories. A morning that begins with a prayer and continues with a training session runs two of them in sequence.
The Sacred
Prophetic. Candlelit. Steady rather than urgent.
Daily prayer, water ritual, breath practice and somatic recovery. Five minutes of real intention, repeated until it accumulates into a life.
The Ancestral
Warm. Conversational. The voice at the kitchen table.
Identity carried across generations. Fifty-two ancestors and the milestones those ancestors illuminate. The closeness becomes the curriculum.
The Sovereign
Daylight. Direct. Undeniable.
You are divine, and you will also be undeniable. Discipline and confidence built from divine origin rather than toward it. Physical conditioning as spiritual practice.

The Parenting Thesis
Racism is weather. Divinity is the sun.
Both halves, or neither holds
A child who knows he is divine but has not been trained to be excellent is protected only in his own heart. A child trained to be excellent who does not know he is divine performs for a world that will never be satisfied.
Parenting in this house is technology. A prayer repeated daily until it changes the person praying. A table set weekly until the child stops needing to be called.
What threatens the sun
Deficit narratives teach a child he is behind before he has started. Disconnection from the body turns stress into disease. Disconnection from ancestors turns identity into something earned rather than inherited.
This house does not make those the subject. It preserves the wholeness that makes them survivable.
A tree does not heal a wound. It keeps growing until the wound is inside the trunk.

Her mother worked land she did not own. One generation later the daughter holds a doctorate in how that arrangement was made.
Out of Milwaukee's 53206, one of the most incarcerated zip codes in the country. Her scholarship names harm at an evidentiary standard a hostile reviewer could test. Through the Covered Suns imprint she turns that same conviction into daily practice.
The longer account
Her dissertation applied the United Nations Framework of Analysis for Atrocity Crimes to United States spatial policy against African Descendants of American Slavery and found the three elements in sequence, performed by named obligors, observable in records the obligors themselves produced. From that work she coined resilience debt, the cumulative deficit absorbed by communities stripped of protective infrastructure, and the rehumanization deficit, the civic capacity lost when a population administers harm and is never carried through a process restoring it.
Her operating history runs a $160 million capital bond, five divisions, a transportation collapse absorbed without a child missing school, and more than $8 million returned to a school district within three months through a contracting review. She authored Policy 0040, an equity accountability framework adopted by Seattle Public Schools, King County, the City of Seattle and a statewide charter sector. It still governs a district she left.
She is also a parent, building the Sovereign frequency of this ecosystem in real time for her own Sun, because the work is personal before it is a product.
